I am Lanna, a creative artist, passionate about using alternative techniques to give back to antiques its former glory. My partner Mike, is a talented mechanical engineer who loves all sort of mechanical time keeping devices, and skilled to make them all work and keep time perfectly. Blackforest Art is our answer to those challenges, and also a great opportunity to provide unique, perfect, reliable and affordable antiques to those who appreciate these remarkable pieces of art and craftsmanship. We specialise mostly on antique mechanical clocks, wooden British mantel chiming clocks, German anniversary torsion clocks (400 day), carriage, EDC wall and French clocks, but we also do battery powered movements (quartz) sometimes, but always attached to a uniquely crafted case, so you will always find a fashioned and exclusive product which is suitable for your style and taste. Our products are not "brand new", but are supplied in absolute perfect working order, as well as the restoration is as perfect as it can get, depending on the age and material of the original product, which is why we never have the same item twice, so you will always find something different and exquisite here!
